Domino's Pizza - Matlock

Must have had a change in the kitchen. I ordered 4 large pizzas, and the crust was beyond a joke it was something like 4 inches in depth towards the centre of the pizza, thus making little room for the actual toppings. Was .ore like a personal pizza with a massive crust. All 4 pizzas were made the same. I tried calling the takeaway on the night, but got no answer. I'm gonna send pics to head office as they were definitely sub standard. I feel extremely cheated. I order from here regularly so will be interested to see if it was just a one off.

Just ordered over the phone with Danny at the store for a delivery to my Truck... Delivered within 20 mins !! Food was piping hot. A fantastic service from Danny@ Domino's Matlock.

Have ordered from here several times and approximately 50% of the order have had something wrong with them. Today I ordered a Pizza to be delivered in my lunch break. After the slot was missed I called the shops number but got a mobile phone message telling me that the phone was unavailable and to send a text message. When the pizza eventually showed up over 20 minutes late it was stone cold and I no longer had any of my lunch break left to eat it in. I advised the driver of the issue with the phone and he said he would let them know, but an hour later the phoned the number was still not working.
