Ive had the most lovely experience at The Secret Rose. Scarlet was so friendly and extremely professional. She took time to get to know me and what I wanted from the treatment. She put me at my ease and explained every part of the process. The result is fantastic and I feel much more confident and everyone has said its taken years off of me. Absolutely elated with my new beautiful brows. Growing up in the 90s, I had pencil thin brows which are now out of fashion. Scarlet gave me a lovely full brow look which still looks completely natural and extremely feminine. She took time to measure and create a shape I loved, she then went on to perform the procedure with extreme care and creative flair. Customer care, hygiene and professionalism throughout. This was my first ever experience of having semi-permanent eyebrow colouring and all I can say is, Wow!! The service was exemplary & highly professional from start to finish. The whole experience was so person-centred and I really felt like Scarlet understood exactly what suited me and what would work. She checked in with me regularly and explained every step of the process so I was never left wondering what was happening. The results were outstanding and Im absolutely over the moon! There were also some really lovely touches like a heated foot massage and hot drinks on arrival which were very relaxing & I felt very cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend The Secret Rose.
