        I think its fair to say words fail me which is rare! Happily refunded the total 3k costs of my hearing aids today despite the icy response from many staff today 6.4.23 when I returned them and JR audiologist refused to interact with me. The sales assistant who gave the refund ....well customer service zero .....lets remember at 2795.00 out of pocket who wouldn't want a refund for a sub standard product x3 in 12 months .... Ian thanks for showing me the only professionalism in this store today......
