Kim was very helpful yesterday . i had a problem with my phone. She sorted it out for me .. wouldn't except a payment ...so I gave a donation in their charity box .. Thank you again ...much appreciated..

Fabulous service at Matlock Fonehouse! Kim and Matt professional, friendly and so helpful. I went in expecting to spend a couple of hundred pounds on a new phone and was delighted when Kim said there was no need as I just needed a new battery which Matt fitted for me today . I am a novice with mobile phones and was so grateful for their help and will recommend the shop to all my contacts. Thank-you guys.

18/1/22 Fonehouse in Matlock is brilliant. Kim & Matt are so helpful and patient. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I bought a preloved phone from them and they helped me get going with set up and basic skills. I have gone from virtually no smart phone skills to coping with covid passes, Spanish health form, on line check in etc for a recent overseas holiday in a matter of months. Give them a try, you will be glad you did. 21/2/23 I have just purchased my first Air Pods from Fonehouse in Matlock. Ordered them over the phone yesterday, collected them from the store on Firs Parade today. Matt and Kim as so helpful a very important resource for everything relating to phones and tablets, we are lucky to have them in Matlock.

Initially I put on good review but have now realised we had not made good purchases on two phones. I would say you can buy better elsewhere. The batteries did not hold charges and we were told that was normal that they ran down at night. We are elderly and feel used.
