        Very Happy! Took my 88 year old mum who had been suffering with neck pain. Jon was brilliant, talked her through everything and made her feel at ease. Jon didn't oversell and just said to come back if we felt we needed too. It was such a pleasurable experience for my mum who can be a bit of a worrier! Would definitely recommend 100%.

        Had two helpful sessions with Jon, the first about identifying the problem (IT band) and reducing pain, and then the second about strengthening the area so the problem doesnt come back. He has lots of helpful advice and exercises that really made a difference to my running.
