        We are delighted with Sally Botham's branch in Matlock. From helping us with finding a house, even though we are only renting, to finalising all the paperwork leaving us hassle free, to the inspection (providing peace of mind for us as tenants and the landlord. Every part of their service has been delivered with warmth, compassion, efficiency and promptly. The only agents worth using in the area in my personal opinion. Sally Botham Estates Matlock = Outstanding.

        Only dealt with an enquiry online so far. This was handled, taking me and my circumstances as an individual, unlike the larger estate agents where "one size fits all", except it doesn't as we all have different backgrounds, life experiences, ages.
