DBG Fire & Security

Our home has had new locks fitted all through the house by DBG fire and security, they have even cut us more keys for our locks for all our family members. They have very polite staff in the office and the two gents that came to change the locks. the keys were cut there and then, they only took a few minutes and we've had no problems at all, would highly recommend these.

Company refuses to make payment after providing staff for a event in May 2019. Staff for DBG and the Accounts department are ignoring all correspondence.

Pretty rubbish in the correspondence department. Not recommended! Payment terms unclear!! Also, just for the record, the 5* review by Kate McKie is biased as she is a director of DBG and the key point of contact for this company. UPDATE! December 14th Still not been paid!!

AVOID!! Cut security keys when lost in the post did nothing to help to point I had to claim on house insurance to replace locks. Manager was dealing made promises that didnt keep multiple promises call backs which never happened escalated to senior manager and more of the same. Terrible service and ignorant managers.
