Substandard build quality across the whole development. Everything built in a hurry, poor quality control. No care by company once you have bought the house. Not interested in correcting faults to put things right. Very very poor service.

Buyer beware I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by Harron. I was left waiting 3 weeks for their solicitor to even send out contract details & title. On a final inspection I became aware that a number of areas did not meet building regs, along with various other promises that turned out not to be true. I then in desperation at the thought of being homeless asked to swap to another plot where I could bring in my own inspector. They a) refused to allow any independent review of their properties and then b) refused to allow me to purchase another plot after over a week of chasing. Believe the other reviews and horror stories about this company. The crich site have signs in windows warming people not to buy these houses. The staff are either incompetent or rude. Any one whos actually any good has given up and gone to work for someone else. I feel desperately sorry for the people who have bought these homes and will most probably be unable to resell.
