Love my bungalow but it is really cold and I have damp in the lounge and bedroom. Man been out to see why it is so cold, thought he had sorted it but no, still very cols.

Trying to sell my property-no one at platform ever replies or does their job. Dont tell me to call as Im sick of being on hold for upto an hour at a time, being passed from one dept to another and still not having the problem resolved.

So far so good , been here maybe 5 years now in matlock, it that time I have known 2 warden's which I find have been very helpfull, Victoria Court matlock nice place warm and comfortable accommodation in the winter ,

Dreadful 'chucked up' housing. Stone work falling from exterior facia - causing mould and mildew - see photos Replaced windows that don't shut properly Replaced kitchen tap, not fit for purpose - wobbly and loose Rotten wooden surround round front door leading to build up of damp, mould and mildew internally Continuing leak on front facia leading to water staining to bedroom ceiling Ruined wallpaper Ruined paintwork Leaking of heat through windows NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Not the best experience for a landlord. I spent alot of time on hold and being passed around because the staff do not know. They give me different information from my online portal account and queries are not answered. I've had alot of problems with my property for a good 2years now and I'm still no closer to it all being sorted. I get a charge for them to cut grass on a walk way behind my back garden which is a 4ft drop from my property and they don't touch anything on my property. I also get charged more rent because I have a view of the castle but I only see the castle in or close to winter when the trees lose their leaves, they argue and say it's fair. Some of my neighbours pay less rent for a 3 bedroom house than my funky 2 bedroom flat but they fight and say it's fair. My back garden and the sides flood during rainy periods but they don't care because they don't live here and they won't pay to get things sorted. It's pretty disgusting considering I've got a disabled child. Overall not a nice experience and over the years it has got worse
