        Really Not happy, went in for a trim - a good two inches i said, obviously i used the wrong words - came out with a bob (approx 10-12 inches shorter), my hair has never been so short, could cry!!! Needless to say i shan't be going back there.

        Amazing service, had my hair done multiple times now, everyone is so friendly and all the staff help each other and give advice to ensure you are happy with your decision. Always explain everything if I am not too sure on how to have my hair. Always come out feeling amazing and loving my hair
