Everytime I go they get worse. I told one of the nurses I disagreed with her diagnosis she started raising her voice at me and following me when I said this lady is not acting professional another nurse started shouting for all the patients to hear, they then went on to talk about me so loudly the whole reception could here my medical history.

Got referred for chest x-ray from GP, got option of Royal hospital in chesterfield or Whitworth. I'm so glad I chose here. The staff were much more friendly and willing than the staff at Royal. Turned up a little early; got seen almost immediately. Staff made life as easy as possible. Would definitely return here any medical needs if allowed! Free parking is always a bonus - though the road in/out is a little tight (be aware of oncoming vehicles around corners!) 5/5 would certainly recommend Many thanks

I got a letter from my GP to go to this place for an X-Ray. They checked me in and then another lady did her own diagnosis. She refused me the X-Ray I was sent with a letter for. I was told I would have to call my GP and get them to book me an appointment for X-Ray. I thought the letter was as good as that but apparently it does not mean beans. I called my GP while there and asked to be booked. She was unaware that they needed to book and was going to get in touch with the manager. It would take 2 hrs of waiting to know whether or not the manager would let me get an X-Ray. No guaranties or anything. (Meanwhile I am sitting on a porch area so I can get a phone signal and it is cold and raining) I told the surgery thank you for all they had done but to please take this clinic off of their referral roster as it is not A: close for people in Chesterfield and B: They over rule whatever your surgery says. *On a side note my physio will not see me again without this X-Ray being done. I had 2 doctors tell me I needed it and one lady was able to say I could not get it. Do not waste your time going here. You will leave with high blood pressure and nothing done that needs to be done for you. Worst I have ever seen!
