Very rude mardyreceptionist, you have to fight for every appointment. Hospital letters never seem to reach them. On more than one occasion wrong test results have been given us over the telephone.

Had an absolutely brilliant experience today thanks to Dr Baskerville. I've not seen him before and usually deal with Dr Raybould who is also very nice. Me and my partner saw Dr Baskerville in person today about some serious side effects I had suffered with my blood pressure medication. He was very friendly and down to earth from the word go and listened to everything we had to say about it before talking. He said that whilst the side effects were not common, there was no doubt that they had caused me the issues and he stopped them straight away and advised on a different type. He did some research into any conflicts with my other meds first though. He made us feel at ease and gave us absolute confidence and peace of mind in his advice. Dr Baskerville is a credit to the surgery.
