NOTICE OF LIEN.
A Common Law Commercial Lien has been LAWFULLY established between myself Marie Barton-Hanson and the corporation/person/individual who accepts liability for the name "GRAHAM MORGAN" at address co, Derbyshire County Council, Trading Standards, Chatsworth Hall, Chesterfield Road, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 3FW. herein referred to as the "Tortfeasor". Thus i am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Tortfeasor, up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, which is 14,000,000, (fourteen million pounds). This Notice is to inform, that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeasor, is henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses or is, by some other means, removed.
