The Welcome Team, holiday home housekeeping

We use The Welcome Team to assist with housekeeping at our small hotel. The standard is always excellent and the housekeepers sent are both professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

I am beyond disappointed with this company we used for our holiday let cleaning and linen. The price I was first given was changed less than a month after we started with them and increased. It took us weeks to get a contract. The cleans were not complete, when I raised this with them they charged me for another 30 mins of clean on top of the changeover price when the job hadnt been finished. When I went after the smear I had asked to be cleaned off the windows was still there despite being charged another 30 mins. I had incorrect invoices two or 3 times. One charging me an entire clean that never happened. The original quote I was given never mentioned VAT I didnt know this until I got an invoice. For almost 2 months I asked for Prosecco to be put out from the store cupboard. NOT ONCE did they do this. I dont know why they struggled to follow such a simple request. The manager Lauren is completely unprofessional and will not accept any sort of criticism nor apologise for mistakes they had made, she is the main reason Ive ended my contract with them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. The only saving grace was Jade who seemed to be the only one with any sense or professionalism. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company and Ive heard from other holiday home owners of the same issues. Service: Standard cleaning

The welcome team is indeed the best cleaning company in Derbyshire. Jade and the team are very professional and friendly. People that you can trust your property in their experienced hands. We have used a number of cleaning companies in the past for our holiday cottage and have always had difficulties with them. The welcome team was an easy stress free process. I have used The Welcome team for some time now to clean our 2 Holiday Cottages. I have always found them to be very professional, friendly and accommodating. They are always very punctual and reliable and do a lovely job of cleaning our properties. There has been the very odd occasion where something has been missed or not been up to their usual very high standard, but this has always been sorted immediately without question. The team go above and beyond to ensure that our properties are clean ready for our guests. I would highly recommend them to others. Services: Deep clean, Standard cleaning
