        Why oh why do service engineers have to tighten everything so tightly? I specifically asked them not to do so when they serviced my bike recently. I need to take my pedals off and I cannot shift them.

        Had a bike disaster on holiday in peak district as my pedal fell off! Took bike to Stanley Fearn Cycles late on a Saturday afternoon and they worked a miracle to get me back on the road. New crank arm supplied and fitted for 29 a bargain. Many thanks to their helpful staff.
