        We came to the Peaks to celebrate our 29th Anniversary, and decided to stay at Matlock. Yvonne is an excellent host, she made us feel like home. We arrived with cold quiche for a quick super and she warmed it for us with extra salad and 2 glasses of red wine! When she heard it was our anniversary she came back with lovely liquor for a toast!!! Our room is nicely decorated and very clean. The Christmas atmosphere in the dining room is very uplifting. I highly recommended Slayleigh B&B to anyone.

        We recently had a short break in Matlock and stayed at the Slayleigh B&B. From the moment we arrived the lovely Yvonne made us feel so welcome and at home. The B&B was exceptionally clean, our room was perfect and included everything we needed and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot fault this place at all and highly recommend staying here.
