Stephen was very prompt at responding, attending the property and returning the survey report quickly! The report was detailed, clear and well explained with lots of photos, which was really helpful. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions/worries about things with the property - Stephen very kindly and patiently talked us through everything over the phone too when we weren't sure of something, which we really appreciated. The report was also really helpful in making a decision as to whether or not to proceed with the purchase, as it gave us a detailed overview of faults which we were able to share with contractors for quotes. Great peace of mind to have. Overall, I really recommend Lumsdale Surveyors. Down to earth, timely, excellent communication and great customer service all round.
