Martin Tucker has been absolutely brilliant! We wanted a complete ground floor remodel of our house to make the best use of the space we had but had no clue what we actually wanted or where to start. We approached a couple of architects who asked us what we wanted but neither really inspired us. When we met Martin he was full of great ideas and suggestions as to what could work well and he came across as friendly, helpful, knowledgable and experienced. He came up with a sketch that we loved and then developed that in to a professional drawing ready to put out to tender. Martin helped and advised us on the tender process and also recommended contractors who he knew and trusted. When we decided on our contractor (who was one of his recommendations), Martin actually came along to the first meeting to make introductions and he said that we didnt need to spend more money on paying him to project manage as he knew we could work directly with this contractor. Once work got underway Martin was still always available for questions and queries and we were never made to feel like we were being a nuisance. We now have a lovely remodelled home with a wow factor thanks to Martins design and the contractor he recommended.
