John Smedley Mill Shop - The World's Finest Knitwear

Visited the John Smedley Factory Shop today, Saturday, 22nd April 23. What a superb shopping experience. Particular praise must be given to Angie, (Shop Employee), who provided expert advice and support in the products on sale. It was genuinely like having a personal shopper. Well done Angie, you are a credit to John Smedley.

I drove up from London last weekend - first time visit for me & it was a very pleasant experience & all round well worthwhile . Obviously it's Smedley gear so you know that it's going to excellent quality (& you'll definitely find something , even if it's not exactly what you're looking for ) but what marked the experience & made the day was the help and attention given by Angie , Julie & Iris . They really couldn't have done more & actively helped me find gifts for the family .... and of course myself ;-) They really went above and beyond what you'd expect from a factory shop experience , helping with their suggestions , constantly pointing me to the right section and just generally being brilliant . Thank you so much ladies , I realise that I was probably quite annoying at times , but you really made my day !! I shall definitely come back soon !
