I absolutely cannot recommend this business enough. I urgently needed a personalised birthday present posting to Jersey within five days and I emailed them late one night to see whether it was possible not thinking they would answer until the morning. I had an instant response at 10pm and from then on Marlene could not do enough to make sure that she fulfilled my request. 24 hours later the gift was on its way to Jersey ! Fantastic communication, professionalism and friendly service. This will be my 'go to' website for anything I need from now on. Keep up the amazing work, it's hard to get such friendly customer service in these days of online shopping but you excelled above and beyond and I wish you all the best. I will definitely pop in the shop when I am next in the Peak District. Thank you again, Jayne Castle

The best! That is the only way to describe this shop. Not only did they happily assist me in designing the perfect sign...they also shipped it during the current crisis with tracking by Royal Post. Sadly, that shipment did not arrive! So, in response, the shop sent me a replacement by UPS and that DID ARRIVE. I highly recommend this place for any custom work.

We visited Netty and Marlene for a woodcraft workshop on a wet August day... and they were brilliant. Netty patiently explained how to use the different tools in her workshop to the kids and the adults... and guided us through the process of making beautiful boxes, a catapult and a pencil holder, which we were then able to personalise with Marlene.
