some staff are ok and polite and its can be a little expensive depending what you want they do there best to help u if u run out of medication

Went into today & was served by a tall blonde lady was lovely & helpful. Upon looking at the receipt, I saw that I had been grossly over charged for the product I bought Bepanthen Nappy Cream at 9.34! I returned literally a couple of minutes later and asked to be refunded as you can pick up the same 100g cream for 2.50 elsewhere. Unfortunately for me, a short stocky brown haired lady with a terrible attitude was now at the counter. This woman was unbelievably rude and all she could come up with was "if you weren't willing to pay 9.34 then i shouldn't of bought it" & that "I was making it up that you could buy it for 2.50" Try and support local businesses & get charged 4x the price for some nappy cream which you can buy at any supermarket. Absolutely scandalous - the short brown haired troll needs a retraining and to be shown some manners.
