Receptionists here are far better at their job than the doctor's , don't expect to get any help here if you need a doctor ! just go and lie on the floor at the hospital , but even then you will be lucky to get any help from the NH Mess

Together with I know the majority of local people, we are very grateful to have such an excellent surgery. I note the one or two negative reviews; problems, mainly due to staffing, do occur as it seems everywhere at the moment. But if they give priority of doctor's time to urgent patients rather than to renewing a prescription - hardly a cause for a one-star review is it. In my 6 years experience of this practice if a matter is urgent, they will arrange for you to see or speak to a doctor that same day. Even non-urgent matters can usually be addressed that day too if you ring early. An excellent service, by lovely people. Thanks.

Transferred here after a terrible experience at my previous surgery. Right from the start they have been brilliant - always helpful and friendly reception and administrative staff, and on the occasions Ive needed to see a doctor or physio theyve been great and easy to make appointments with.

I transfered as a new patient. This has to be the most shoddy set up of a practice I have come across. I need a repeat prescription which was transfered. But it cannot be renewed until I need to speak to a doctor. There are no doctors. I got a receptionist who tole me to go to boots. FOR A BLOOD PRESSURE PRESCRIPTION...
