I highly recommend HG Funeral services. Henry and Francesca took great care to explain the different options and the costs for the funeral of my mother who passed away in September this year. The funeral was handled very thoughtfully and efficiently and according to our wishes. We were treated with kindness and my mother in her coffin was shown respect throughout.

I sadly lost my dad March 2022. When Henry came he was very smart and respectful, Caring and understanding throughout. You could phone or pop in for and any questions and they would be so helpful. Dad had a lovely service. Henry respectfully walked from the house to the bottom of the road for dad's final farewell which I thought was a lovely gesture. Very respectful and professional. Thank you for all your help. So glad we used you and highly recommend.

Henry has been professional, available and has treated our whole family with kindness and respect. Henry is a local funeral director with local knowledge and an innate ability to make you feel reassured and in safe hands. Although Henry had never met my late father he spoke with an affection and understanding of him. We felt comforted when Henry looked after him in the chapel of rest after an extended time of delay due to coroner involvement and were so relieved to know he was nearby. The funeral day was just as Henry had prepared us for and he made sure that we were always updated and communicated with. He also provided after care for my mother. HG king has been excellent from start to finish, from the first meeting with Henry we knew we had chosen the right person to arrange our mothers funeral. Henry is always smartly dressed and very professional. He has gone above and beyond for us and even more. Henry kept us informed at all times leading up to the funeral. we decided not to have the service at Worthing crematorium as I find it a very cold and uninviting place, Henry has his own chapel on premises so we had the service there, a very calm, relaxing, warm, peace full surroundings. we had a willow coffin which was really lovely, our mother was in Henrys chapel with her favourite music softly playing in the background every time we visited, have to say our mother looked so beautiful we visited many times, we found this a great comfort. Henry is respectful, kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, I cant praise him enough, He has made mums final journey so much easier for us all, we cant thank him enough for everything he has done for us.
