I had a problem with a GSM dialer connected to an IR beam.
After good 6 month no text messages were sent. The IR beam worked ok.
After a little debugging and e-mailing to Gsm Activate. They concluded that a little relay must be dead.
We agreed to reprogram the E-prompt to another input. Before I knew it a new prompt arrived in my mailbox (in Denmark) and there was no invoice
The process was fast and smooth and the services was priceless.

When it was accidentally damaged recently and I was expecting I might have to buy a whole new unit.
But instead they kindly sent me a replacement component.
This is proper old-style customer service which is rare these days.
