What's not to like? I had a problem with a GSM dialer connected to an IR beam. After good 6 month no text messages were sent. The IR beam worked ok. After a little debugging and e-mailing to Gsm Activate. They concluded that a little relay must be dead. We agreed to reprogram the E-prompt to another input. Before I knew it a new prompt arrived in my mailbox (in Denmark) and there was no invoice The process was fast and smooth and the services was priceless.

I bought a GSM Gate Opener from them a few years ago now. When it was accidentally damaged recently and I was expecting I might have to buy a whole new unit. But instead they kindly sent me a replacement component. This is proper old-style customer service which is rare these days.
