        Sell incomplete DVD boxsets and then kick up a fuss with a generally rude hostile attitude when you go in there wanting a refund. Normally I wouldn't take issue, but had recently donated to them and also purchased other items from the shop. I will not be purchasing from them again. Buyer beware.
