My heating boiler packed up, on what was one of the the coldest days of the year. Luckily the system was booked in for a service the following day anyway. 16/12/2022 Blue Flame sent me text messages to keep me informed about arrival timings, I have used Blue Flame in the past, and can't fault them. Great company had the boiler fitted which is working great then the shower was leeking and they came out straight away when we needed them too and they have just come again to put a new shower in. And while he was here I asked if he could check the fire which he has done and done it great. They are clean and reliable. In the last nine months we have had a new gas boiler, new pipework and new shower fitted. From the initial contact with Blue Flame through to completion it has been stress free. David, the owner, explained what was required and discussed the options available. Furthermore he visited while the work was being carried out and has always been available to answer any questions. The engineers, led by Lee, were a credit to the company. They were efficient and left everywhere clean and tidy. At the end of the work David again visited - with flowers in hand - to ensure satisfaction. Blue Flame deserve the review ratings they have and I would recommend them without hesitation.
