Where to begin....Requested a deep clean of property Quoted 310 invoice states: Entire house minus 1 bedroom Laundry. Un made beds, half laundry done the rest in a box un clean , They "don't clean cupboards or fridges in domestic properties" unless requested Cupboards were requested have text message acknowledgement of this, not sure why fridges are not standard to clean, especially under a label "deep clean " service. Pots put away with a leaning tower of plates all various sizes on a high shelf Been told I was quoted wrong but thats not my fault but might explain half a job done and half left. Unprofessional to say the least Surface cleaners with misdirection from management on the requests of the customer/no clarity on expectations No warning of the things these cleaners don't clean prior to service but soon found plenty to not touch This is not a custom service and is wrongly named, i think surface skimmers is more appropriate. Facebook page was available this morning but after suggesting I'd leave a review it had gone , I was blocked from a previous "like" Look elsewhere for a good cleaner this service is poor to say the least **Definitely do not recommend and do not part with any cash until you check the work completed or lack of it!** Edit: upon further investigation My grass and cardboard bin have domestic waste in them. There's also a single duvet 1/3 filled with unwashed clothing Have messaged owner to find out where my tax receipts are and no response I stated no receipts to be binned Absolutely do not recommend this service 5 reviews one from themselves rating themselves 5* who does that Service: Deep clean

We have just recently moved to Custom Clean for our holiday let business and we have to say we have been thoroughly impressed. They ensured a smooth transition and have gone out of their way to support us with our next property just around the corner. Custom Clean even offered to take all our laundry and wash it before we set up the property which saved us SO much time. All their staff are friendly, helpful and professional and go out of their way constantly to help us. Its been an absolute pleasure to work with them and we are excited about our partnership together. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
