Be aware that you are only paying for an address. You do not want to try to use the space for any form of work. It is simply too noisy! I dont mean in a busy sense, but people playing music on their phones or watching tv on their laptops with no headphones or similar. Apparently (according to staff) this is perfectly acceptable. I paid for a quiet and secure place to work in London, what I got was a 2nd class train carriage at rush hour. I will not be renewing. I would rather pay Regus or Quora and actually have a space I can work in.

really bad. locks you out the system and does not send you a link to password reset. Tried every reasonable effort, spoke to them, used lie chat and everything and got no password. They just keep blaming my browser. Shocking.

Stay away at any cost. Do not use their any service at all. No ethics on how to deal with clients. I have a registered business address and a registered director service, but recently come across with identity theft issues and someone was using my details to order a bank card. And just to sell their another service of "paid mail forwarding service" they denied to release my postal mail. And forced me to buy a service cost 249 p/y. How nasty is that? I can't even collect the mail from their office. Nor able to get any further information about it so that i can contact with my bank. You can find plenty of other companies with cheaper rates and better service. But do not add another stress in your business by signing up with them. Thanks

REVOLTING experience. I was with them for two years. Dealing with a big legal issue and a family crisis, my account had been expired for 5 days. FIVE days. Not even a week. Their idea of 'marketing' is to send me a THREAT. A threatening email saying they will report me to Companies House in one week. I am shocked beyond belief. I was going to of course renew but thanks to this I now found a much better company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY their ethics and values are shocking. (EDIT in response to company below - let me quote the email they say is not a threat. " We have today completed Companies House form RP07 explaining that your company is using our address as a registered office address without our permission to do so. Should you wish to renew (pay for the service) your service you have 7 days to do so before the RP07 form is submitted to Companies House." AKA, threatening to report me to companies house. With only a 5 day grace period from the day my account with them actually expired...! As opposed to an email saying, 'reminder, your account is expired...". Totally grotesque marketing, sorry.
