I have continually used Nick and his team over the last 10 years on projects throughout London. They are the most effective and hands on team I know in London and have a real passion for their work. I have had the most challenging planning situations using NTA, local opposition has turned into support with planning committees and planning officers quickly supporting schemes. I assure you I have had the most difficult applications on the most difficult buildings and did not have to go to appeal. Thoroughly recommend this entrepreneurial group of well educated planners. They are most approachable which always helps with an evolving project as a planning application is and also cost effective. I cannot understand the negative comment as if planning permission can be gained the best chance is certainly with this company.

I've worked with Nick 25+ years, and latterly Mandip on many complex planning situations in my time as Development Surveyor for The Salvation Army Property Service. Sound, sage advice with a calm measured attitude. No project too large or too small, and all at competitive fees; refreshing in this day and age. No hesitation in recommending NT+A to resolve your planning issues with the minimum of fuss.
