I am so happy to have found such a great therapist who was able to alleviate my chronic shoulder problems/impingement. Ben has a very good understanding of the muscles and trigger points related to my pain and was able to unlock my tensions and allow my shoulder to regain a wider range of motions. I could see and feel the results after just one session and I am beyond grateful that he was able to improve my shoulder mobility and overall well-being - I would highly recommend! Thanks Ben!

Wasn't sure what to expect but even my frist massage has had me noticing ease of movement and a relaxation in my posture. Ben was professional and is very clear he knows what he's doing. :)

I struggled with back pain for over 3 years and pain in my shoulder for 1. I tried several physio and massages before. I even saw a chiropractor for weeks, but no one could help me. When my hip started to play up, I knew I had to try again. That's when I found Ben. I trusted his approach entirely from day one. I loved how Ben listened to me and my body. I find my sessions with him relaxing and look forward to seeing him. My shoulder and hip pain have completely gone away after 3 months, and my back pain has improved by 90%, and with another couple of sessions, I am sure it will disappear, which is pretty impressive after so little time. I have had over 10 sessions with Ben so far and I will continue to see him. Even though I always come out of the session feeling deeply relaxed, its not your usual wellness massage and no surface level work. You can tell how knowledgeable and experienced Ben is by the way he massages, you have to experience it for yourself to know what I mean. Ive had several different treatments including deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, energy healing and most recently Emmett Technique. The latter absolutely blew my mind because I saw immediate results from it and it fixed a long-standing issue I had within just a couple of minutes. But Ive felt a big difference from all treatments Ive had with Ben so far. I honestly cant recommend him enough!
