It was too expensive for appertly no reason. I had my key cutted. It was also difficult to find them, small shop in a massive mall. They charged me 12 to have a key cutting. Unbelievable. It is still a funny story to talk about when you don't have any other topic during lazy nights. Good for experiencing the high cost of living in London.

Appalling service, the staff talks to you like you are asking them a favour and costumer service is nowhere near it. No surprise the rating they have. AVOID THIS BRANCH

I visited the Timpson concession in Selfridges as I required a key cutting and Terry cut the key for me promptly and was very friendly, the price was good value for money too. I also needed my battery replacing in my TagHeuer and Terry took my details and advised me it would take circa an hour. I thought it would be quicker (and I was in a rush) and expressed this. Terry was extremely helpful and prioritised the replacement for me, completing the job in circa 20 minutes, not only saving me time, but more importantly, stress! I opted for the Lifetime Guarantee (which I highly recommend by the way) and Terry gave me some great advice as well as taking the time (no pun intended!) to explain some of the mechanism to me and the issues that can arise. We had an enjoyable chat and I was very impressed with his customer service. 10/10, I'd highly recommend. Thanks Terry!
