        What a horrible Pret. First time I visited this one. The staff are so so rude. My tea was Luke warm & when I asked for a fresh hot tea the manager was outrageously rude I think his name was Arek!! The tea maker was rude the girl who served me was rude.. they were like a gang of abusive bullies!! Avoid this place the staff all need to be sacked. Terrible Prets Terrible service!!!!
