Edited 2 weeks after my initial review:
I'm done with this Pret. I wanted to give it one more try so I visited the place again (April 26, Wed, 11:30), and ordered Latte extra hot because when I had ordered just Latte before I ALWAYS got lukewarm coffee. Guess what? Even after ordering extra hot I still got lukewarm coffee. I can't take it anymore. That was my last time at this Pret.
