She couldnt even look at me and would disagree with everything I tried to ask
I walked out the consultation room as she was making me physically sick
I then went to comply about her to department but manager wasnt there
And then went to see PALS instead
I called to Guys hospital today and found out that she discharged me
What a Nasty woman !!

She instructed me to book the appointment.
On the call she had clearly read my notes in advance and was well informed of my condition and the possible treatments already covered in said notes but her conclusion was there was nothing further she could propose.
Given that I had sent the notes and explicitly asked if she thought she could help, a simply "No" reply by email would have saved me 250 and avoided a very bitter after taste :(
