It was freezing out while walking the London streets and we were hungry and wanted to warm up. There were a few people sitting outside of Massis with hookahs. The place was small with 5 tables. We decided to give it a shot. The help was great. The food was ok. The inside was colder than outside. The patrons all had coats on and one even a hood. The door opened constantly as the waiter delivered food and hookah to outside patrons. The food was ok: taboule and hummus tasty. The moussaka was more like ratatouille. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Had such a bad experience with the food and the manager was so impolite with the customer. It's more about money than food. He was so adamant and rude when given genuine feedback of the food. Would never suggest this place to anyone.
