Harley Psychiatrists

I have had a positive experience with Harley Psychiatrists. They were great during the whole process of diagnosing me, and supporting me afterwards. As the NHS waiting list for ADHD diagnosis is more than 3 years in my area I couldn't have managed without HP.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Yes, this treatment is expensive anywhere you go. But at least elsewhere you're able make the most of what you're paying for. Here, beyond the first assessment, it's incredibly challenging to manage the ongoing relationship. It takes weeks to get meds, weeks to schedule - making everything so hard that you then need to "restart" your clock for when they'll help you move over to managed care with the NHS. I've spent hours of my life chasing the group which has been incredibly stressful and particularly painful given the amount of money I'm spending on them. It's now well known within the community in London (from practitioners and pharmacies) that this place is a massive rip off.

I was really hesitant to go through Harley Psychiatrists for my ADHD diagnosis because of the negative reviews but my experience has been perfect. I received my diagnosis within about a month of beginning the process after two assessments. Dr Bruna is literally amazing, she is so understanding and has been very patient with me in trying to find the right medication and dose for me. I have been able to arrange 15 min or 30 min appts whilst in titration which has been really helpful for peace of mind. I've never had to wait more than 2 weeks for an appointment and usually much less. Never left a google review before but wanted to share this as I so nearly got scared off by the bad reviews but have genuinely had a perfect experience!

I was skeptical and worried at first as I wasnt sure what to expect (plus the negative reviews) however, Ive had an all round great experience and couldnt be more grateful. The staff are very friendly and helpful over the phone, no matter what you need and the Drs that Ive spoken with over Zoom have been incredibly lovely, understanding and validating. They get you appointments , and if needed, medication much quicker than I expected and the whole process has changed my life for the better already! Compared to experienced Ive had with NHS this was worth every penny.
