You will not get the medication you request. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Bashir to get a sleep medication I was taking in a previous country before moving to the UK. I called ahead and asked the reception if there is a possibility that prescription requests may be denied because I was nervous of that after having paid the 400 fee. The reception told me that it rarely ever happens to be denied a requested prescription and made me feel odd for even asking. I had the consultation which was somewhat thorough but I was indeed denied the requested medication. I explained over and over how many medications I had tried this was the only one that worked but to no avail. Complete waste of time and 400. I was disappointed that they set up this notion that they would help me yet only to fulfil my fears of wasting time and money with their ineptitude. If you come here have no expectations for help. Would not recommend.

Very quick to respond to book new appointments to take your 400. Not very quick to respond after this.
Appalling customer service by Sonya, the process for getting an ADHD assessment was not explained, so I was surprised the hear after paying for my first appointment how long it would take.
The office is a dingy, unclean outhouse in a back alley in Surbiton. The Dr appeared dishevelled, uninterested and perhaps hungover (Saturday morning) and even was somewhat dubious of my symptoms.
