        Arm Residential has been my agent for the past 10 years, Ive found Andrew McClure professional and helpful. He finds my tenants, vets them, does viewings and looks after all the paperwork. Highly recommend

        This place is a SCAM!!!!the owner Sam Yeaganeh keeps changing the name of his business. They were previously known as Sofia House and Think Out Box group (please search these names on google and look up at the reviews before you deal with this dodgy company ) I used to deal with them and they are nothing but scammers!!!! Their properties are in a really bad state. The owner doesnt pay any TAXES and doesnt care following health and safety regulations.Chooses not to pay his freelance staff or contractors. Please AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

        Andrew McClure has been my agent for the past year. I have been living in 5 different houses in London and I can say and promise that the experience with Andrew as an agent has been the easiest and more professional of all of them. It was easy to contact him and he was always available when something was needed in the house. I also had to leave the house a bit earlier that the end of my contract due to personal reason and he helped me to find the new tenants for the house so I wouldn't lose my deposit or anything. The house was beautiful and the service from the agency very professional. I strongly recommend this agency for anyone looking for a house. Thank you for everything, If I ever come back to London, no doubt I will contact you again. Candela Vila
