From start to finish everything Dr Tillo was excellent. Professional and friendly doctor who was thorough in his explanations. The surgery was performed perfectly and after care very good. Would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Breast Implant surgery with Dr Tillo, Dr Tillo was very warm, welcoming and explained the process in detail from the first consultation right through to the morning of my procedure. On the day of my surgery, he went through everything again with me and made me feel at ease before going into theatre. Surgery was quick with no complications, and I am extremely happy with the results I have achieved. My advice would be Take Dr Tillo's advice on what will be right for your body, he knows best :-).

The whole team at C4S have been amazing from start to finish. Lauren was really helpful in arranging all of my appointments and has been such a friendly face. Dr Tillo was great at explaining everything from consultation through to final consultation post-op. I had a bilateral otoplasty performed. He is great at what he does and makes you feel safe and comfortable. I would 100% recommend.

Dr Tillo was very understanding to my needs and explained everything in detail in every consultation. I had a forehead osteoma removal under local anaesthetic. He and his team were very professional and reassuring, especially in surgery. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him!

I had been considering breast augmentation for a very long time, 7 years in fact. So doing research for my plastic surgeon was to say in the least a very extensive process. I found Mr. Omar Tillo by chance online and after viewing his work on social media and his recommendations from Centre of surgery- I booked in my consult. The level of questioning I had was not easy, my mother had a bad case of BA and I wanted to make sure I was 100% confident with my surgeon and his recommendation for implants. I also work in aesthetics so I high standards of what good looks like. Mr. Tillo answered all my questions and then some! He showed me examples of similar cases and explained the entire process from start to finish. I had a sizing apt and I felt like we made a plan together which was really important for me. He made the entire process comfortable and I really feel blessed that he was my surgeon. The day of surgery arrived and I was nervous but the operation was very fast and I was back on my feet that day- back to work from home that week and my scars are very minimal. The size he instructed and shape was in keeping with my request of natural with a bit of confidence boosting- I just wanted to feel like myself again in my clothes, which I feel he achieved and then some. Its only been 6 weeks but I cant express how happy I am with his work and my results. If youre reading this- hands down the most genuine, calm and a real rising star in plastics. He specializes body contouring, so if this is something you are considering hes the one. I would in a heartbeat recommend my own mom or best friend to seek out Mr. Tillo, a true artist with an excellent eye for detail and patient safety.
