Esther s classes are great. Her teaching has a natural flow which feels so effortless, as well as being very authentic and friendly. Her attention to detail is amazing and she tailors excerises to everyone s individual needs. A class i can recommend to everyone. Plus her changing backdrops in nature a refreshing.

Esther is a really excellent teacher, and worth connecting with. She is knowledgeable, positive, and her classes always improve ones physical and mental state. No matter where she is - and usually its somewhere one would rather be - she zooms her class in for all that are willing and able.
