What a wonderful service the staff give in this highly efficient and friendly pharmacy! Great for collecting Amazon parcels, and for picking up prescriptions from the doctor. The Post Office part of the business is also excellent. Even when there's a small queue, the Postmaster manages to deal with everyone swiftly - and with a smile. Long live Gujarat!

Shocking service, the rudest staff I have ever come across. I will never ever use this Post Office. I had a broken arm, clearly obvious as I was in a sling, and I was a little bit slower than usual. They screamed at me to hurry up as they had a queue. I asked them not to shout at me. They told me to get out and find another Post Office. Absolutely in shock. Ive never had an experience like this. From now on I will only ever use the Baker Street Post office and the Mortimer Street Post Office. The staff at both those establishments are lovely.
