Poor customer service, I have ordered an item online and went to pick it up since I live fairly close to the store, when I have arrived I went to the click and collect counter and stood there waiting but nobody was there to help, then I went to ask a staff member for help, who was on the phone, she then made me wait almost 13 minutes, finally another staff member brought my item in a bag stapled, when I went home and opened the bag I found out that it was not the right colour I have initially ordered.

Poor poor customers service skills no manners or etiquette from shop floor assistants to management. In an area busy and amongst professionals this place is a significant lack of class. Extremely disappointing and is definitely not recommended from health professionals within the local area.

Pharmacy staff members are terrible and unfriendly. One person was open-mouthed chewing gum as she served me, which is gross and unhygienic. I should have read reviews first as it seems their poor staff are a long running issue. Pharmacy prices are also much higher than others for private prescriptions. Go elsewhere if you can.

Update on my previously posted review (see below): I have had an excellent and speedy response from charley louise barber (customer service) explaining the likely cause and resolving the problems it created. I am now more likely to use the previously faultless online service again. Previous post: Mystified and disenchanted! Received products I had ordered online, but found I should have ordered a larger size for one of them. Had mislaid the return forms which came with the order. Emailed to ask what I should do. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Extensive search turned up a previous order complete with return details - but too late - needed to have been within 14 days. Still no response for help. Now stuck with something I cannot use. Will obviously not be ordering again from John Bell & Croyden!
