    The 12 Week Programme has honestly changed my life. Ive dropped two dress sizes (over 7kg) Im leaner, stronger and happier than Ive ever been and Ive maintained it because its given me all the right tools and confidence to do so. Its such a clever programme with the most amazing, encouraging support structure - I never thought I could achieve this juggling a stressful job and two young children. If I can do it, anyone can!
