        Received exceptional customer service by Erika in this store after spilling coffee on my Gaiac. Erika was friendly, understanding and she quickly printed out a new label for my bottle. Will definitely be coming back to this store to have my bottle refilled in the future. Thanks!

        Regular user of Le Labo products, ventured into this store for a browse and the staff member (Rio) was so lovely we returned a couple of times. Great service and knowledge of products and great conversation. The selection of products in this store is vast and they also stock the limited edition London fragrance Poivre 23, which we bought. Would go back to this store over others to be served by Rio, thats how good we found the service.
