I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I got today at the garage. On picking up my car to pay, I questioned the car attendant about how much it costs per hour to only be confronted with aggression despite me asking a simple question. I paid and then afterwards I checked outside to see I was overcharged as I only parked for 45 minutes. I again calmly told him I parked for less than an hour and not more than that as he kept claiming. Despite this I was shouted at and shut down. I am a young girl and to be spoken to like this for questioning something so simple was something Ive never experienced before. Afterwards he realised his error and gave me back the change I was owed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Its completely unacceptable to be spoken to like that when i was speaking in such a calm manner. And despite this I was right all along! There were witnesses there too who Im sure could vouch for me. I have told friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. I would not feel safe to come here again after the experience I encountered. I will be taking this further if needed.

The below review of the rude attendant has put me off coming here..doubt this would have happened to a guy parking. Ive told my colleagues working in the hospital to avoid this place too
