Appalling, money-grabbing customer service and an annoying attitude. They used be very nice and efficient but over the last year they have turned into a money-grabbing, ripping-off machine; pressing for unnecessary reorders, refusing to honour warranties unless half the cost (!) is paid, etc. Be very careful when you walk in, or you may be fleeced out.

Everyone was so polite and helpful, especially Nikhita that helped me choose the right glasses for my needs but also arranged the repair of another pair of glasses I have purchased a long time ago.

The Optometrist, Natasha was exceptional. She is the first Optometrist to identify the root cause of a disturbing blur in my eye that has been worrisome and what a relief! And I attribute it to the fact that she listened, and was thorough and professional in investigating my complaint. I found the ambiance of the store on Wigmore Street to be welcoming. And from the reception on entry to exit, I would say its was a well rounded experience.
