        Had really unsatisfied experience. Have been with DC selfridges for over 6 year. Last time was rudely treated by their new manager when I did not chooce lenses he recommended. Will never go back again.

        I had an eye test which was long overdue due to my general fear of being told my sight is deteriorating. I cannot praise the optician who conducted the test enough. She was both professional and empathetic with me by making me realise needing glasses isn't such a bad thing. The staff in general were friendly and took time in helping me choose my frames.
