Honestly cannot recommend Leah enough, after finding myself in the absolutely traumatizing position of having my mortgage offer expire (without renewal) imminently close to completion Leah literally came to my rescue. Providing an elevated experience from our initial conversation and throughout, Leah delivered on exactly what she said she was going to do. We had fantastic experience with Oriel Finance. Erny was very approachable, knowledgeable and committed. She understood our situation and gave very solid recommendation and explained our options which put my wife and I at ease as first time buyers. She is also committed and very responsive. Thanks to Erny we secured a mortgage at good rate and more importantly have settled into our home. The smoothness of the process and the service was worth every penny and we would 100% be coming back to Erny for when we need to remortgage in the future.
