I can only describe our treatment here as a kind of disintersted neglect, communication is poor, there is no sense of a personalised treatment plan, our single point of contact isn't.... We knew that this might be a stressful journey, but we did not expect that stress to come from the poor behaviour of HSFC staff. There isn't even a sense that you can complain, would you want to annoy your fertility treatment specialists? This is very much a "cash-in, ignore-you" operation, and I'd advise you to avoid it. I should say, I am not disgruntled that our treatment has been unsuccessful, I am disgruntled that it just hasn't happened at all, there has been nothing but months and months of delays, confusion, and tests, with their staff not knowing why we are there or what is supposed to happen, when they call us in. I write this review as a qualified healthcare professional, I am AP(D) and MIDSC for an NHS trust. Dr. Venkat, if you are reading this, there is something very wrong with your business when a client is moved to complain to this extent.
