Kind, compassionate and welcoming. We were facing difficulty in my son being assessed on the NHS due to being home schooled and relying on 30mimute sports clubs for school forms (they need to see his behaviours clearly present in one than one setting) but Dr Goodarzian encouraged us to send extra reports from nursery etc, interacted with my son and now we have a diagnosis and I am so grateful to finally be able to access some sort of help for him. Worth every penny, I will be back if his problems persist to the same extent wherein they are affecting his social life, anxiety and self esteem, after non medical intervention has taken place. Would 100% recommend Dr Goodarzian.

Given that this is quite a pricey clinic when compared to the other private clincis, I'm really unimpressed - particularly with the speed at which the admin side of things work. It often takes very long for medications to be sent out, in addition to this the admin staff are unresponsive and often difficult to reach when you try phoning.

Looking on the lighter side of life
A very thorough assessment with continuity of care. I have appreciated the professionalism and details of my treatment. I was diagnosed with ADHD and dyscalculia three months ago after just turning 50 years old. since diagnosis and medication my life is slowly being transformed. I have never been able to focus on anything other than craft or exercise where I literally hyper focus and then would take it to the extreme. I have lived amongst doom piles of unopened paperwork and a floordrobe with drawers that looked like they were vomiting. I would have much rather helped anyone else doing anything than actually getting the stuff done in my own house and life. The correct Medication is enabling me to pull my house out from the bottom, clean clear and get rid of things I don't actually need. I didn't realise until now how much I have held onto stuff thinking it was sentimental but I am able to see what's important and what's not. I can see how exhausted I have always been with masking and trying to be "Normal".... it's all been quite shocking at times but totally worth it to see my future in a much more organised way. one revelation was going to a noisy shop, I had never really thought about why I had speed shopped. but walking around with my brain calm and not being triggered by so many people and too many loud noises .... I now shop slower, calmer and don't have to rush to just get out of the shop, which means I actually stick to buying what I need without forgetting most bits on the list. I would totally recommend Pysmplicity to anyone that can afford this Private route towards their own personal diagnosis and aftercare.

My initial care from Psymplicity was amazing. The admin team always responded quickly and were able to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Im unsure if there has been a change in staff but for the past several months there has been a noticeable decline. Psymplicity have refused to respond to DVLA with medical queries and do not respond to my requests for a report to be sent resulting in me being unable to drive for a year which has severely limited my ability to work. Please do not use Psymplicitys service if you will be required to notify DVLA about any medical condition as Psymplicity will do nothing to help and not care that it is having a very real negative impact on your life. Edit: Psymplicity's response below and further email has unfortunately seemed to solely place blame with myself for not knowing a policy that was never communicated to me by their admin team and with my doctor who I intentionally did not name as I have received nothing but excellent care from him. Disappointing lack of responsibility taken by Psymplicity in this situation. I will be avoiding any future care from them.
